Advantages of Wholesaling with Modern Monty
We have up to date product and public liability insurance up to $10 million.
A package of photographs can be sent to stockists with pictures to be used as needed for marketing, social media and on your website at the stockists request. *Photographers/stylists must be credited when posting on social media where possible.
Turnaround: 2-6 days turnaround before shipment for ready to ship items.
International wholesale available.

Exchanges and refunds
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Faulty or damaged products
If products have been found to be damaged or faulty due to no fault of the stockist, replacement or refund will be offered.
Retail Only
As a stockist of Modern Monty, our products must be offered for retail purchase only. Our stockists are not authorised to on-sell our products to other stockists at wholesale prices. We do not have any wholesale distributors. All stockists must order stock through this website.
Copies/Copyright laws
We work hard and spend a lot of money to design and create a unique range of products for our stockists and customers. As such our products are protected under the Copyright Act. If any stockist or retail customer is found to be copying or reproducing our products we will initiate legal proceedings immediately, and prosecute to the full extent of the law. This includes reproductions with some changes to design that could still be mistaken as our product by the general public (as per copyright laws related to "passing off")
Partial Payments
Stockists may request a partial payment invoice, however the stock will not be shipped until the full invoice amount is paid. If the full amount is not paid and the stockist decides not to continue with the order, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exclusivity
We reserve the right to choose who stocks our products. Whilst we do not guarantee exclusivity of our products in any town/city/region for any reseller we understand the importance of working closely with our customers to ensure the best outcome for all.
